Karton Republic is a California-based bathroom vanity brand that brings European craftsmanship to homeowners renovating across the United States. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in City of Industry, California, we are a manufacturer-owned company with an in-house team of product designers dedicated to creating premium bathroom vanities, mirrors, medicine cabinets, and side cabinets.
Every vanity is designed in a European aesthetic tradition — clean lines, real material surfaces, and enduring construction — made accessible for the DIY home remodeler who refuses to compromise on quality. Our collections are named after European cities — Annecy, Barcelona, Lugano, Oslo, Sintra — because each design draws from a different regional tradition in proportion, finish, and hardware detail.
We are not a big-box import operation. Our vanities are built with 9 layers of high-density hardwood and real wood veneer surfaces. We do not use MDF in our cabinet construction. Real wood handles moisture, heat, and daily bathroom use differently than engineered wood filler — our vanities age gracefully rather than swelling, warping, or delaminating over time.

What goes into a Karton Republic vanity
A bathroom vanity is exposed daily to humidity, water splashes, cleaning products, and temperature changes. We engineered our construction standards to handle all of it without compromise.
Our cabinet bases use 9-ply high-density hardwood at 15mm thickness with real wood veneer faces — CARB-ATCM Phase 2 certified for formaldehyde emission standards. Finish is applied in 5 layers using Sherwin-Williams premium paint, including primer, basecoat, and varnish layers for corrosion protection and UV resistance. Countertop options include prefabricated quartz, premium ATH solid surface, natural stone, and sintered stone. Drawers are soft-close with UNIHOPPER full-extension undermount glides. Mounting uses edge-to-edge brackets for maximum weight capacity.

Karton Republic vanities are designed, stocked, and shipped from our California warehouse to all 50 states via freight delivery. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. We do not dropship from overseas — your vanity is in our warehouse before you place the order. This matters during a remodel when contractor timelines are tight.
