Note: our finish samples are produced on an MDF board backing. This is not the material used in our vanities or any of our products — our vanity cabinets are built from 9-layer high-density hardwood, never MDF. MDF is used on the finish sample only because it provides a flat, lightweight, uniform surface ideal for shipping and for storage in our full color sample box. The sample's purpose is to show you the true finish color, sheen, and texture — not the cabinet's construction material.

Dark Gray is a deep, neutral gray — cooler than charcoal wood veneer, with a smooth painted surface and no grain expression. It sits between charcoal and black on the value scale and works well with white, light gray, or marble countertops and chrome, brushed nickel, or matte black fixtures. A versatile, modern choice for contemporary and Scandinavian bathrooms.
Your sample includes one painted cabinet chip with the same 5-layer Sherwin-Williams finish applied to the actual cabinet.
